So Paul and I have decided to move out of our apartment. We totally love this place but we are paying so much money for it and we have to walk up a million steps so its totally not worth it anymore. So we are going to move to a townhouse that we are renting because we live in California and we don't have $120,000 dollars for a down payment to buy a house. We are super excited about being in the new place but not so excited about the whole process of moving. We did sign our lease today and they broker mentioned that we would be able to start bringing our stuff in before our move in date.
So we have started to pack. More like I have started to pack and Paul has been walking back and forth around the around the apartment looking at boxes. Last night he decided to start packing the crystal. Our beautiful crystal that we just got for our wedding last year. So Paul lined the bottom of the box with bubble wrap and proceeded to place the crystal Mikasa wine glasses in the box. When I asked him if he was going to individually wrap each glass he looked at me like I was nuts. Then he told me that I am always telling him he is doing things wrong. Seriously, did he think that glasses would magically form little bubbles of air around themselves and keep from smashing into each other. This is going to be a long couple of weeks trying to get things done. I'm just glad that I will be in Atlanta during the actual big move!
